Would be interested to hear if anyone have received their new license card in the mail this week or going forward. That will be harbinger that the CFP's printer issues have been fixed. Or they may just wait till the new year to expense a new printer, who knows...

I just called them today about my licence. It hasn't been printed yet, but he said I should have it next week. I'm in Ontario.

I just called because I haven't received my license that was approved on the 7th of this month. I was told it has been printed and is being sent to me through canada post. The nice lady on the phone said the ETA was 3 week with canada post. Maybe they got the printer working.

Well, I am sure after countless tries and hang ups and busy signals and such, talking with a live person would be a bonus. But the past few posts are positive in that it looks like their printer issues have been resolved...or based on the 3 week wait, maybe they subcontracted the card printing to India and CP should be receiving a box of licenses soon for them to distribute to us serfs.

    New BC applicant (non-restricted)

    Sent application on Sept 26
    Application received on Oct 3
Credit card charge on Nov 15
    Approved on Nov 30

Didn't tick any "yes" boxes, didn't call CFO, no references were called.

    Waiting on the card now
