    Wow, that's a sexy rifle. I love the fluted barrel on my girlfriend's BSEV... the only thing that irks me with that one is there's not a nice way to mount a bipod. This one solves that problem in a really nice-looking package.

    i drilled my BSEV for a stud. works sweet with a bipod now.

    Picked mine up from the post office last night. First impressions *very* positive -- same size & heft as a compact centerfire, and *really* nice trigger (with a snap-cap in the chamber). Looks even better than the photos, too.

    Will shoot it tonight if I can get home from work before it gets dark.

    Interesting fact is that it seems to be made in Canada, just down the road from me, at what was Lakefield Arms before they joined Savage. I wonder if all the Savage .22s are made there or just a subset ?

    I have one and am not too pleased...just having some probs with it right now. I'm sure I'll love it once everything is sorted out.

    It took me a while to find it but I did. I found it at p&d ent. (not sure if they have anymore though). Good luck with your search.
