Ohio Ordnance Works M1918A3 BAR Semi-Auto Special Orders

We have been bandying around the idea of getting hold of a semi-automatic M1918 BAR rifle as a partner piece for the James River Armory M1 Garands and M1903s we have been bringing in, and we recently were asked to bring one in for a customer on a special order. This made up our minds for us, and we decided to go ahead and do so.

So, in LIMITED NUMBERS, we are special ordering the Ohio Ordnance Works M1918 BAR Self-Loading Rifle for interested parties. These are new receivers individually built by OOW on an exclusive semi-automatic-only tooling; some of the other parts such as stocks and so on are original USGI issue stocks taken from destroyed and demilled M1918 BARs. Since parts are extremely limited and the semi-auto tooling is very time and work intensive, these rifles are built one by one, to order, and are subject to OOW's standards of quality at every stage of the build.

OOW's products have an excellent reputation for quality in the United States and are known for more than just their BARs -- they make excellent AK47 receivers and a semi-automatic M240 Self-Loading Rifle as well. They also produce a licensed copy of the VZ58 for the US market to comply with US import laws. They have a great attention to the quality of their machining and finishing and it shows -- their BARs are machined better in many places than the originals were.

These are available on an extremely limited basis and can be had with the Bakelite stock or an American walnut stock. Please contact us to discuss availability and ordering!

    Cheers,
    Dan
