Are these new or refurbs on old receivers?
Ultimak makes a railed upper forend for it.
Also like to know.
On the low side of expensive. Not quite a dollar a round, but close. A retailer may be bringing in some steel cased new manufacture Russian .30 Carbine which, last time it was here, was quite reasonably priced.
