I had the same problem with mine,disassembled it and then put it back together. It seemed to ease up a little, but has been getting easier and easier to operate the more I use it. It seems that the follower catches where the metal upper body mates with the plastic lower. With a little bit of wear it seems to sort it's self out.

Ive had mine for a few months got all the tac gear on it. One outta my three mags sticks a little on reload. I just pull the spring down while loading a round. They loosen with time. Great little gun. Have a thousand mixed rounds through it. Seems to need a cleaning every four hundred or so after that starts sticking on shell ejection.
