    they are not made by hk. so the whole speal about hk enginering is total bs i wouldnt buy one the colt is a piece of crap and these probaly will be too

    The rifle have a 16.1 inch barrel

    It need to be at least 18.5 inch to be non-restricted, no?

    This remember me the fuzz about the Umarex M-16 .22LR (20 inch barrel). People thought it was going to be non-restricted but in the end, classified as an AR variant.

    So I doubt it will be non-restricted

    Am I not writing clearly? There is already an FRT # for the rifle...it's restricted. 10 round mags only...

    Correct me if im wrong (forget if its an ar15 for a sec) I believe rimfires are classified by overall lenhth not barrel length like centerfire, same with pump action shotguns (and break open)
