Until North Sylva advises they are not coming our order will be in place. When this gun first came to light we knew there would be problems but we are not afraid to wait for the outcome. Phil.

Spoke to George at North Sylva earlier this year (early March)... his update was 'We have no update - we are waiting for FRT approval'.

My guess is that situation has not changed.

It is crazy - but in all honesty, I don't blame them for lack of info. Literally, as far as the RCMP is concerned, they are 'in the queue' - and that's it. There is no reasonable timeline given. My guess is these will never see the light of day...

i figured they were waiting for the election before they prohibited them...well, lets get it over with already!

With no legal timeline in law requiring the Firearms Lab to conduct a review & issue an FRT, I'm going to guess that these have been intentionally shelved by the SFSS and as canucklehead said, they'll never see the light of day.

I do not think these guns will be coming in and we offer full refund on any guns that have been back ordered. Our back order is still on file with N Sylva for what over that is worth. Phil.
