Dead Zombie is a good name for this thread....

Dlask seems to be the only guys in Canada that have made some solid ( maybe a bit too solid...) 870 aftermarket barrels.

Spoke with them on the phone and ordered a 14" threaded for chokes. Supposed to be ready soon as well as some 12.5". Give them a call if you want one.
