    Well I guess it is still down as only the home page comes up but you can go no futher.Next year.

    Do you not have access to your own DNS information? You can at least put up temporary site so folks can know what's going on...would save some phonecalls and emails I bet! (if your emails even work)

    Same website can be uploaded to a new provider. No need for a new website. I think their problem has been the amount of visitors they need an excellent package from the provider that would allow for the traffic they are getting

    The worst of time to be down. I am sure their sales for the month are no where they should for a holiday season but again they were low on stocks to start with.
