The rings are made by Nightforce. They are a 3 screw cap. It also comes in a 0moa unimount arrangement.

Not sure didn't ask. IIRC they are part of the Ultralight line with the titanium crossbolt.

I would have been happy with a 5.5-22 NXS in FFP and be done with it. I am going to be switching to mil/mil in FFP vs moa/moa in SFP so I will be selling ny 5.5-22 and 8-32 and either going with Premier of S&B. I like NF but wish they had more options. The BEAST seems like too many things to break. If things are breaking on scopes at the SHOT Show, whats going to happen in the field.

    ^^^

Not to mention the reticle sucks! I'd also like to pick up a Premier sometime but am not sure why the S&Bs are so much more popular. I like the Premier over the S&B because of the Gen2 XR reticle but other than that, I'm not sure what the differences are....

This NF scope had be very interesed, until I saw the MSRP and heard about the broken turrets!

ya, it's not possible that the Beasts at shot show are not the final product given that the delivery is still 5-7 months out.. nightforce is notorious for selling that breaks easily

Really?...because we have never had to send one back other than an original used one from a military trial from years ago. We must just be lucky. Phil.
