Remington has some pretty affordable 1911 models. New for 2013 is the RI carry. The slide and receiver are honed to remove sharp lines and edges. The finish is very nice to the hand.

Nice. Is that the only model or will there be an enhanced version as well?
Does the Commander have a barrel bushing?

Nice. Forged steel frame now, hey? I am almost positive the originals were cast. Any word if this is a S80 or S70 series gun?
