Last year Manners introduced a new line of their tactical stocks. They have introduced a novel low profile folding version of their Composite Tactical Adjustable Cheekpiece stocks.

The folding mechanism is molded into the stock shell thus hiding a large portion of the mechanism when the rifle is put together leaving a small hinge portion visible on the outside.
I found the hinge to be very strong and in no way interfered with the grip or trigger pull.
It is released by a small button on the trigger side. It was pretty stiff but I am told that it eases up after some breaking in.
They also came up with a novel way of keeping the rifle in the folded position. Rather than having a lock in the hinge itself like most of the other folding stocks I have found, or putting a cam in the hinge, instead they utilize a flush cup system on the outer portion of the buttstock. You push a button on the opposing side of the buttstock and it pushes out the flush-cup fastener that is insterted into the cup on the stock just below the action. This allows the hinge to be a bit smaller and makes it less obtrusive at the rifle's neck.

The Stocks weigh between 4.5-4.8lb
MSRP for the folders is roughly 1300$ but may vary depending on options
Essentially, if you are looking for a more traditional styled composite stock like the McMillan A5 but also want a folder these provide that compromise
