While not exactly the newest of their lineup, the H-S Precision HTR is the company's flagship tactical long range rifle.
- It uses a Pro-Series 2000 Stainless Steel Action in both Long or Short Action as well as left or right hand.
- Here is the .308 win version with folding thumbhole stock. You can however order one in any SAAMI caliber.
- The Detachable Mag system uses a proprietary magazine in 5 or 10rd versions.
- You can choose bbl length, and fluted or non-fluted.
- Optional muzzle brake
- The stock has the usual H-S Aluminum bedding block
- It weighs approx 12lb before mounts and optics but also varies depending on bbl and stock choice
- According to my price list MSRP for the black version in the first set is around 3600$
The Folding buttstock system uses a screw down lock rather than a push-button. This prevents any chance for accidental activation. It stays in the folding position by using a cam in the hinge so it doesn't lock.

Here is another however in a whole military/LEO takedown package deal with interchangeable barrel, and a folding stock. It gave me an opportunity to get to know the folding stock system as well.

The takedown system uses a lever on the bottom of the foregrip like most takedown rifles:
