    Yes the hole is lined up directly with the bore and it is advertized as allowing you to clean from the breech.

    You would have to remove the bolt first of course

    Dose this use the stock bolt or an aftermarket one?

    Your Ruger factory parts, such as the stock, barrel, and trigger pack will quickly and easily assemble on the CH22 receiver. In addition, most other manufacturer's 10/22 drop-in aftermarket parts will also easily assemble on a CH22 receiver. Its your option to use factory parts and upgrade your factory rifle or complete a custom rifle using all high quality after market replacement parts.

    if that can be brought into Canada(or Dlask can make one like it) for a similar price, it will be a hot seller for SURE!! I will use it to build a rifle around.
