    Shot Show 2013: Ten-X TX-50 50 BMG progressive press

The TX-50 is an auto-indexing progressive press for large caliber cartridges such as 50 BMG, 510 DTC, 460 Steyr and 416 Barret. A large primer conversion is also available for loading cartridges like 338 Lapua.

    It features:
    • Case-activated powder measure drops up to 250 gr. charges
    • Powder check system
    • Shell feeder
    • Accepts up to 1-1/2" dies
    • Lifetime Warranty

It reminds me of a big Dillon 650, except that the toolhead is not quick-change and requires you to undo 8 bolts.

The toolheads have both 1-1/2" and 7/8" dies locations in them, and I believe different configurations are available.

Price is $2450 for either the 50 BMG or LR primer setup. Primer conversion to either is $550 and additional toolheads (complete with powder drop and powder check) are $750

You know you are a real gunnut when you start practicing trigger control on power tools.

This press might sell well in the US where they shoot alot of .50 BMG through their Semi and F/A M2HB's. Now they might have to look into increasing the 250 grain maximum powder throw thought. Don't see them selling too many in Canada at that price though.

Almost the cost of another .50 cal, or 800 rounds of factory ammo, which is enough to last a LONG time.
