"yea tactical bacon" says my friend, I am inclined to agree, I wonder how it stands up to other bacon... might be the best tasting field ration ever... I need to go eat something, I'm drooling :P
Funny part is that its just repackaged Yoders Canned bacon.
Well.. good point but if you keep your emergency rations so long that the tins are bulging, it might have been time to eat them a few years earlier so they weren't wasted. Otherwise, it's gotta be refreshed every so often. Might as well stock up with fresh and eat the older stuff before its use-by date passes.

Actually bacon does loose around 3/4 of it's weight during cooking.
