SHOT SHOW REPORT 2013: LWRCI M6 IC ( Improved Carbine)

The LWRCI made an entry to the US IC competition but it had dropped out at the beginning. The semi auto civilian incarnation will be made available to the commercial market in the near future. Price will be around 2000ish. A few common characteristics also observed in other IC inspired systems: removable handguard for access to piston, adjustable gas regulator, built-in ambidextrous control parts. The gas block also has the hole for the attachment of Grenade Launcher. ( HK M320 )

Pricey, but it appears they certainly put in an effort to make a system instead of changing out parts, I like how the upper is moulded to match the hand guard. IF these were non-restricted and in .308 I'd have my do all rifle.

Wow, another expensive black rifle that can only be fired on an approved range.

    I like it!!!

From what I can tell, The button above the mag release on the right side of the gun is a bolt catch/release ad not just a release like is commonly present on many IC lowers available today.
    Cheers,

Just checked LWRC's website. The M6 IC does indeed offer dual (ambi) bolt catch/release
