so it marks the target, follows it to a degree, and when you place the cross hairs over the tag point it fires right away?

Here is another rifle they had on display at the range. I can't remember the combo though. I think it is another Surgeon Rifle but I think in 300 Winmag. I could be mistaken though

Ok, but it states that it won't account for wind. When you 'paint' a target and it makes a solution, it will fire when you get back to the dot; so how do you account for wind then, if it only fires when it markes the dot?

One of the dials on the top of the scope is where you tell it the wind speed and direction. It wil then incorporate that into the firing solution.

Is this model considerably less expensive than the AICS look-alike version ? Or just a little bit ?

Remember when weapon lasers were the size of Maglites?

Think 10 years down the road how small these scopes might get. (And cheaper.)

Very cool. Some might think of it as cheating, but if you had to choose would you choose an army armed with these or with standard rifles? The time of the machines is upon us. Soon it will be like Terminator.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of #### by the clean end.
