I would personally like to thank Dianne, Phil, Jodie, and Chris. Their whole team, and especially Dianne this time, who have gone above and beyond with customer service. I was looking for a very specific item that is not commonly available and the team at P & D went the extra mile to accomodate me. In the retail world, especially on the internet, people are quick to complain, but rarely give credit where credit is due...My hats off to the whole team.
