If you bought a certain gun that they listed and they sent you a different one, then they should refund your money and shipping cost or offer to make it right a different way, i would be ***ed if i payed $400 for something and got something different.
Epps is at it again, im surprised anybody does business there.
I've had good experiences at Epps and Ok ones. They sure have the best stock around though.
I'd like to believe that they're not purposely scamming people, but I've caught some mistakes there that woulda had me pretty upset if I went ahead and bought it without verifying through a pic request.
This. Their mistake, their problem. You should get a refund.
OK, I'll ask, how much is a 'cupple'?
If what you claim is accurate, Epps is getting very good at raising eyebrows. I'll leave it at that.
It happens but it sucks. At least you didn't get a dodge mini van instead of a new dodge ram 1500 delivered to your address lol. Buddy of mine had it happen recently lol.
"Hey I have your car here, just need to you to sign here...(unloading the car)"
"Yeah....thing is ..... That's not mine"
Dodge we're good though and sent him it out the next day with a $200 fuel voucher. Pretty nice of them.
Homer: I'd like to buy your deadliest gun, please.
Gun Shop Owner: Aisle six, next to the sympathy cards.
