I am done with this Blue Line lower.
I called them and was informed that my lower was one from the bad batch. For a discount price I wasn't expecting a perfect finish but manufacturer defects are a whole different kettle of fish. I could have lived with something cosmetic, but when it comes to structural/manufacturing flaws, that's where I call it a day. BlueLine was very accommodating in my decision to cancel my order and promised to reverse the charges.

To all those that are fuming and bad-mouthing BL for this, just keep in mind that crap does happen. Sure, it would have been nice had they caught the problem before selling hundreds of these, but they are trying to make things right. Looking at it from their perspective, they must be thinking that "no good deed goes unpunished." Let's not give them too much grief over this, they didn't have to offer such a great deal and some folks did get a perfectly good stripped lower out of it. I am happy for those people, even if things didn't work out for me. There will be other guns and other deals in the future. Live and learn.

Just talked to the guys at blueline, my lower was held up for lack of info on my part... Whoops oh well alls good now and should be in the mail Monday. Also got them to check it over for the defects noted on this thread. Was assured mine was one of the good ones. Can't wait to put it together. Mine is a very low serial # one of the first 10 made.

my rear take down pin fit perfect. I didn't have a single issue with mine so far. On that note has anyone put a norc 10.5 or 14.4 upper on one?

Mine was fine as well... Very close, but a nice tight fit.

I'm doing an upper build using Aeroprecision upper and a 10.5 CHF barrel. The Aeroprecision upper is a great fit, though some of the mouldings don't quite match up. Tight enough that I don't even need an accuwedge...

I'm happy for an economical CQB!

Has anyone else struggled as much as I have returning these lowers? I have been getting the run around for over a month and I keep being promised "Friday" for 3 weeks now!! They have no idea how to start the transfer with the CFO and I have been on the phone for literally hours with BlueLine and the CFO trying to work this out. Not happy at all.
