I think its the number of posts you have. Could be wrong
i was thinking the same. but i seen some1 as a cgn regular with 120 posts, a cgn regular with like 400 posts, then there was some1 else with a diff title inbetween the number of posts

You have to post 50 times and then attend one of the monthly initiation ceremonies.
