    Savage Short Action, Models 10, 11, 12 and 16

    Savage Axis - Short Calibers
    Tikka T3 - Short Calibers
    Tikka T3 - Long Calibers. Requires MDT 3.56 Magazine.
    Mossberg MVP 5.56 (.223) using AR-15 Magazines
    Mossberg MVP 7.62 (.308) using AR-10 Magazines
    Howa 1500 / Weatherby Vanguard - Short Calibers. (Only compatible with MDT Polymer magazines)
    Ruger M77 (Scout) Short Action
    Ruger American - Short Action

    This looks awesome, I may just be picking up the savage model. I'll admit though I am pretty newb so I have to ask... Does this come with any kind of bedding?

    I'm about to pull the trigger on your current tac21 for the savage. When this is ready I'll likely buy a couple more.

    Ohh...I just so happen to be looking for a Rem700 stock, and I have that amount of money, what a coincidence. It's a conspiracy to keep me poor, isn't it?

    Some noob questions I suppose, but what material is this made of? Does the barrel free float? Will this interfere with top-loading the magazine/chamber?

    It looks like it shouldn't interfere with the top of the action. If true, and the barrel is, or can be made to, free-float then I will put in an order tomorrow.

    It is made of 6061 Aluminum. Hard Anodized with a Cerakote finish.
