    Hearty Thank You re. excellent service

    I am in Nova Scotia and couldn't find a pair of GoreTex pants anywhere without being lined (to warm this year). I found them at Flaherty's and ordered online. They showed up 3 or 4 days later but were lined; not what I wanted and it wasn't mentioned on the ad. I sent an email asking if I could return them; no problem. And they suggested another pair which I didn't see on their website which I ordered. The Expedited the new ones to me without additional charge and they are exactly what I wanted.
