The close up shot shows a railed receiver but no sniper notch on the rear. Railed receivers do not automatically mean it is a sniper.
There are factory notched authentic snipers, and field modified notched sniper versions. Without the rear notch the scope won't lock.

The pics show a rail, but no notch in the sniper ad photos. The gun pictured is not a sniper variant.

Check the wood grain in the stocks -- they used the same picture for all four variants.

The photo I'm referring two is only in the 2 sniper ads. Regardless, it isn't a sniper that is pictured.

I would love a SVT no matter what.I picked up one at the gun shop in town and was amazed how well it felt and the sights were perfect for my eyes.
