...... In almost any town or city new folks can easily find us , the clubs and if they are genuinely interested in the shooting sports we can show them they way . I notice on the NFA website clubs must submit thier names and contact information if they want it publically listed and that is exactly the way it should be .
It is a bit paranoid... but this is VERY different from publishing a list of members. From that sort of list your house could be targetted for break it, what are 'enemies' going to do with a club listing?
If its so easy to find your club and it needs not listing, then doesn't the 'enemy' knowledge argument go out the window?
I've had a HELL of a hard time finding ranges to shoot at without contacts. I don't think you should have to be 'on the in' to get range info. It makes it really hard for newbies, and we need more newbies than ever. JMO.
