A longer handguard + a longer shroud is what I went with.

We can have some longer unvented shrouds made, but the ventilated are the max length we can do for now, let us know if anyone wants the full length non vented & we will bring some in, drop a line to: preorder@hical.ca

I'd be in for solid, fake can style in the same length as the vented.

However, do you think there is any possibility of a threaded version? I have the newer, threaded barrel and figure threaded would be a cleaner option that would be less prone causing any wear/damage to the barrel finish.
