    Hi,

I will be working around Medicine Hat for a couple of years and will be looking to import my guns.

    9mm Sigg 226.
    10 mm Javalina.
    .45 Hardballer.
    .357 586.
    .357 Model 66.
    M3 super 90
    And 7.62 AWP.

I think that the M3 Super 90 and the Model 66 (snubbed nose) are illegal so will have to stay out of the country.

Does anybody have any advice and also local details of shops, ranges in the area?

    Yes, another F****ing Brit.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

I would also appreciate it if someone could give me a quick and dirty rundown on Canada’s gun laws, e.g. what’s legal what’s illegal.

    Thanks.

    Gun Range near Fort Saskatchewan?

I was wondering what the closest ranges were to Fort Saskatchewan. I am interested in outdoor rifle ranges not the indoor handgun ranges (I already know about Phoenix as I took my PAL there and might take the Black Badge as well)

    thanks for any help

Well that sucks...it's not even close to sherwood park...30 minutes more and I can meet my friend at Genesee.

I was hoping for someplace close to plink away and learn to shoot

hmmm I'll have to do some thinking

    Thanks for the help

Flying Felix, welcome to Medicine Hat, even with your speech impediment!! In the Hat you have lots of Cowboy Action and Action Pistol as well as a 3 gun and a 2 gun match.

There's also one at Tofield, might be a little closer to you, depending on where you are exactly. - dan

Anyone in the Rimbey Area shooting, Casting or Reloading give me a call and maybe we can waste an afternoon.
