having been a technician in real life, which for those of you that don't know is on the same level as a gunsmith , you primary is to FIX things , not answer the gd 'phone- many times our service department would the let the 'phone go hang if both hands were busy- and how about getting a proper command of the queen's English- axe is a tool for splitting wood or slang for an electric guitar, not a substitute for ask

So sorry we couldn't meet your sterling expectations. We did indeed have a bit of an emergency yesterday and were not able to be here for one whole day. Please Sir, do keep in mind that we are a MANUFACTURING facility and not a run-of-the-mill retail store. I beg your pardon we were not able to serve you yesterday but if you would just give us one more chance maybe we could rectify the situation and do our best to please you ?
