Freedom Isn't Free.
They taste like shortbread cookies.
Like Grandmas Christmas Sugar Cookies!
Only more calories!
Weirdly heavy on the food for what is essentially a 72 hr bag. I'd go with better water carriage. And why have a fork/knife/spoon if the only food in there is bars?
Instead of a hammock and a blanket, you'd probably be better off with a blanket and a tarp.
If I had to pick a tool to use in a life or death situation, I think the last choice would be a rothco 5 in 1.
There's only one method of making fire in this kit, and its one step up from rubbing sticks together. What about a lighter? Matches? Tinder?
Nothing is wrong other than shipping lighters and matches through the post is a big no no. There are allot of top of the line items that we could put in here, however $350+ survival bags do not sell well. If you look on the bright side, if you are looking for stocking stuffers, you can buy 1 kit and have plenty of items to give out if you choose. There's only one method of making fire in this kit, and its one step up from rubbing sticks together. At 72 hours that would equal 1466 calories per day."Weirdly heavy on the food for what is essentially a 72 hr bag. I'd go with better water carriage.
