G17 slides do not exist for PSA. I mentioned it in other thread.
“I spoke with PSA last week. PSA hasn’t released a full size frame yet, however they did have a prototype at SHOT SHOW. They said it might come to market soon depending on interest and the guy I spoke with said to check out the PSA Facebook group for surprises.
Until then they don’t have a g17 Glock compatible frame.“
Yes it is full upper.
Will it fit a G17 or G22 frame?

It fits gen 3 G19 frames.
