    they do have a charging handle... how else would you pull the bolt back??

    but you are correct in them not having a forward assist.

    Ummm there is no forward assist yes but that doesn't help clearing malfunction, just seating the bolt. And there is a standard charging handle. I see no issue there

    Another huge drawback for me is its also missing the whirlygig that helps even out the powder charge in hand loads making for more accurate shots. I thought this was now standard in most high end modern black rifles....
    Way to drop the ball again BCL.

    pretty much a gen1 dpms, the gen2 dpms (and sig716) are built a little different.

    the bcl is compatible with sr25, lmt and other mainstream ar10 parts
