Yes the rifle can be operated with stock folded as you can rearrange stock to fold either left or right was gonna pull trigger on one of these but decided to go with the cadex sheepdog in 6.5 gonna wait for the .277 sig fury before getting one of these

Wouldn’t the importer be able to add those on and sell them as NR? Seems like it would be worth it just to avoid the hassle of dealing with all the transfers for anyone bringing them in.

That’s what I’m assuming they’ll do. Unfortunately it’s with the added step of having to submit the “new” configuration to the RCMP lab again. I’m curious if they’ll process it faster because the rifle has already been evaluated or if it will be 6-12 months again.

As the updated title indicates we've received the Cross rifle's in .308win!

These are the 16" barrels non-restricted, with 26" OAL.

We only received a small portion of what we ordered, so don't dilly dally if you were looking out for one of these in .308!

6.5 creedmoor is still available as well.

It doesn't actually look like anything was done. The extension on the stock for the folding mechanism is 26" away from the barrel. It just appears that on the specs they went to the back of the receiver but did not include the width of the mechanism on the folding stock.
