Not sure how all that rubber would be warm.....isn't it prone to condensation?
I've never used them but guys I know who do swear by them. They called the white ones "Bunny Boots" and the black ones "Mickey Mouse Boots". Remember to use the valves if you will be in and out of aircraft.
I would say my favorite are muck boots.
I have both mucks and bunny boots (white). Muck Arctic Pros are nice for when you are out and walking around. The bunny boots are better when you are ice fishing and not moving that much. Lots of people up here use them.
