    They should be but the RCMP has deemed them as restricted with an 18.5 barrel. We will be applying to the RCMP to review the classification.

    Their claim is that the frame is identical to a Taurus revolver.
    Therefore it's considered a handgun, with a long barrel and a stock added.

    the 10/22 frame is identical to the Ruger Charger pistol frame lol
