Hey all,

We had a request from a couple customers, so decided to make a take down pin similar to this. Wondering what the market would be like for them (ie figuring out how many we should make)

Let us know by commenting....price would be $18.99.
Made from 4140 (28-32RC) and liquid nitrided
It is made up of 2 pieces that thread together....pretty common design.

For future, we may use posts like this to see if there is a market for specifics that customers ask us about.

Are you making them "factory" size or can you create batches of over-sized pins to take out some of the slop between upper and lowers (Note - on my earlier version I could only remove some of the play due to the size difference between upper and lower pivot pin hole sizes).
Would have had to ream both holes (destroying the factory finish) in order to remove all the slop.

I highly doubt these replacement pins will be oversized. You did a good job within your own question answering as to why that would be.
