It holds 5+1 12ga 2&3/4" (the legal limit of a semi centerfire) and 4+1 3" shells.

If it is like the real M4 you should be able to limit it to 5-3" allowing you for 6 2-3/4" in the tube plus 1 ghost load plus 1 in the chamber. So 8 gassed up.... again, if it is the same as the M4
