    Confiscation is not something they really care about

    1) Does this play well to their base voter?
    2) Does this dissuade new firearms enthusiasts to think twice?
    3) Does this make your life harder?
    4) Does this give them legal means to pile on charges if you ever get searched for anything?

    Notice how Safety isn't even on that list. So because of that, confiscation doesn't really matter

    I'm ignorant on this. Can we still sell what we have (not that we'd want to) until Bill C-21 is passed into law?

    Yes, you can for now. In the meantime, they may also introduce an OIC prohibiting selling even before the Royal Assent. So watch it.

    Lots of very expensive firearms on the list. Cadex, Cheytac etc. C7A2 and C8A3 on the list, The CAF better turn them all over to the RCMP
