They have no money for a "buy back" they have effectively taken them of the streets except for the gangbangers of course. Alberta already said that the RCMP will not be used to confiscate the legal property of Albertans. Our only hope is we still have them for the next election and the CPC wins and hope that PP does not go back on his word.

I did, but it was kinda disappointing to see how toothless the CCFR was.

I hope so. I fear there might be too many lazy people who want their "publicly funded healthcare" and vote NDP because they fear privatized medicine

CCFR was stuck in a hard place.

Canadian gun owners are by far the most selfish, cheap bastards on planet earth. This is a fact. CCFR needs massive amounts of funding if they want the luxury of 'having teeth', which are used for biting hands, ideally not the hands that feed.

Conservative Party of Canada decided it wanted to take a spineless approach to this decade's campaigns. They thought they could sit there quietly/smugly and smile their way to an election win. OToole told the CCFR to keep quiet or lose your seat at the table.

What choice did they have? Gotta have the funding. Gotta have that seat at the table, especially if you don't have the funding to pay for your own table.

Canadian gun owners deserve what they're getting right now. Honestly, watching such a large (gun)culturally cohesive group, with massive amounts of money and votes in their pockets, get pushed around by some communist simps and angry old French women- pretty pathetic thing to have to witness.

According to today's transcript, thanks to the Tracey Wilson, they are losing interest in compensating at all. In the libs eyes firearms are not legally a possession in Canada, and therefore compensation is not necessary.
