Reference order #19371, I've called three times and emailed twice in the last two weeks but haven't gotten a reply. The shipment only came with 4x velcro patches instead of 8x.

Getting to it. Will have a pack of velcro it too you tomorrow.
Our new shipping person did not know it should have 2z packs of velcro not one.

- posted on CGN 07 Jul, got a reply right away, told that it would be sent out next day;
- emailed 30 Jul, no response.

Still waiting on velcro so I can attach TacVents to vest that were ordered 18 Jun.
