So far, we have had 115 of these sold. There is a bunch more going out today.
The distributor is rushing us another 30 of these as we expect to burn through them in the next week. The rebate is good as long as you have it sent in by April 15th. Your order has to be placed no later than Friday March 30th.
Finally broke and ordered one. Hopefully It arrives in time for me to get the upc off the box and send it in for a rebate.

This is actually false.... I called the number listed on the rebate and ask them to explain What do they mean by "received no later than 4/15/18" and I was told that they (rebate processing center) have to receive the whole rebate application before 4/15/18.... On the rebate form, don't forget to check and initial the acceptance of conditions line.
According to some internet chatter they will deny rebate if you miss it.
I don't think the under line at the end there is for you to put a check mark in. It's for your initials.
The (initials) is to let you know you need to write your initials above that underline
