@ Chemist. Hey I made a purchase a few days ago but I was contacted by your team about a city of birth verification problem. Lady said she'd try again but I didn't hear back in any capacity to find out if its sorted. Now I'm wondering if everything is fine or I have a serious surprise problem with my personal information on file with the firearms centre. Of course compounding the problem is getting through to them and being hung up on calling in.

My wife got a transfer notice email from the BC CFO this morning for an order placed on the 30th. Just to let people know about how long things are taking.
Meanwhile, over in Ontario....
