Tanfoglio's new Witness Custom 1911 9mm in stock now.

We just got in Tanfoglios's new 1911 9mm pistol.

    https://www.freedomventures.ca/produ...ss-custom-1911

Features an LPA cut - LPA Adjustable Rear Sight, a dovetailed front sight (Dawson F/O front sights are on the way for it),
ambi thumb safety, beaver-tail grip safety, ramped bushing barrel, extended slide release, Aluminum long trigger and 2x10 round mags.

An excellent price point for a shooter and a great platform for the extra 1911 upgrade tidbits from Dawson, STI, EGW or Cylinder and Slide that we stock.

A great gun for IPSC Classic division.

Might just be the gun to fill the place the STI Spartan left us when they discontinued it...

Not bad! Almost the same price point as a SAM. I'd take this over a SAM any day.

Well, they're certainly not at the same fit and finish level as a Trojan that sells for almost double the price.

The Trojan has an undercut trigger guard, front strap stippling, full length guide rod, hand fitted match grade bushing and barrel, EDM cut tool steel hammer and sear, and a few other extras.

For the price point, this is a great gun - but it's not in the same league as the Trojan. (Nor was it meant to be)

Series 70 - just like JMB said it should be and as all decent 1911's are.

That is very cool as i steer clear from the series 80 complications.
Early in the new year you'll probably have an order going my way, already in classic major with a trojan 40, but a 9mm at this price point would make an excellent backup if the trojan should fail.
