    I'm not too sure what the actual term stands for, but what it means is discounts for military/law enforcement from the manufacturer.

    agreed depends on the IOP discount for me 10% isn't enough for me to trade up.

    Original IOP was a lot more than 10%

    I'd be interested in the SA20 (IOP) - but it depends on the price obviously.
    I'm quite disappointed with Colt Canada and the Canada 150 bravo sierra.
    But I might give them another chance if they can actually back it up.
