Reading conflicting info on here and from what I’ve been told talking to a CSR there.
Sigh.. wish I could get a straight answer from somebody.

First and last time I will ever be spending money with Tenda. Hollow promises and run around BS is all I experienced with them. Time after time after time I was promised I would get a call back in regards to my order which was lost. It never happened and they couldn't care less.

I had two fast orders and a third that never got off the ground, so I cancelled after a week.I would never buy anything else from Tenda as they don't care about us.

I'll agree they are very slow, I get orders from Australia and Europe faster than I get from them. 6 days now and still processing, It's a good thing I never ran my business like this as I probably wouldn't be well off and retired.
