I've ordered online from them, and they're always prompt. Shipping normally sems to be within a couple days of placing the order, but as Bubba mentioned, nothing is normal now.

Due to the RCMP website being down all weekend, we are a bit behind on Non-Restricted orders. We are working to catch up and should have everything shipped out in a few days. Keep an eye on the tracking # provided in the confirmation email.

I tried to call them but no response, and sent them an email but haven't heard back from them. I ordered a NR item online at their website but it's still....processing. So not sure how long its gonna take for them to ship the item?

I don't even know how to respond to this comment. If you are referring to in stock handguns, we simply can't keep them in stock.

Some retailers "process" for 1-2 weeks before shipping, and that was before the new gun registry shenanigans. I would say delays should be expected, we are not in business as usual mode since justin threw his temper tantrum. That being said as a customer it is frustrating when a business takes your money and you're sitting there waiting for an update. FOC hasn't let me down in the past.
