Bushmaster ACR DMR parts questions--Read on!

Since the super exciting announcement about the ACR DMR, a lot of folks have been asking about the availability of different parts. I can shed a little light on this subject, but nothing quite as exciting as the initial news of the complete rifles!

F1000263 : ACR FOLDING STOCK BLACK
- This parts is a drop in fit.
- It includes the collapsible and folding capability as well as a 2 position cheek rest adjustment.
- Include QD socket
- The rifle remains functional when the stock is folded and yes, it remains above the minimum legal length to keep the Non-restricted configuration.

F1000268 : ACR FIXED STOCK
- This part is a drop in fit.
- It includes a 2 position cheek rest adjustment.
- Includes QD socket

F1000234 : ACR POLY HAND GUARD ASSEMBLY
The Basic Polymer hand guard won’t fit on the DMR rifle without modification.
The Barrel contour before the Gas block is too big (Bull Contour) to fit this hand guard.

These three parts are available to order now, contact your favourite dealer for more info. Now,the bad news. At this time, Bushmaster has no plans to make the non restricted length barrels available separately. All production is focused on complete rifles for the foreseeable future. The only colour slated for production for the time being is black, and the first run will all come with the quad rail. No other types of factory hand guards are in the works at this time.

The conversion kits had been in the catalogue since 2012 IIRC, but you are right, I don't think they had made any.

You only get a hand removable barrel but there has never been any kit made. Sad.
