From what I've been told by few different shop, you won't see them till at least March or April 2019, may be a little early.
I'm lucky just got mine waiting for the transfer, got the mounting plate and scope.

The front sight remains, only the plate with the rear sight is removed.

Anyone knows if the Vortex Venom plate will also fit the Vortex Viper? In theory it should, but I'd love to hear confirmation from someone!
