I don't know, there's just too much plastic on there for me. . . and as far as the shotgun is concerned, it doesn't look well put together. The rail on the top doesn't keep a straight line between the receiver and forend pieces. That makes it look cheap to me, the kind of thing I'd be willing to deal with at under $1000, but not for $2600.

Short barrel with drum mag, that is full of win.

Good god that is ugly...it looks like it came from one of those "build your gun" apps. From the pictures it looks like it all kinds of extraneous bits-n-pieces stuck on it. Does it make more sense in person?

Variant or not, looks kind of nifty in its own way.

    Spoke with them at SHOT.

Told me they are sending one to the RCMP this week for review.

They said while the action was saiga based it does not in any way use saiga parts or ak parts and has its own proprietary action and operation.

With any luck it will make it through without issue.

They even said they would make a short barrel model with a fixed stock for the Canadian market coming in a just around 30" overall.

I'm glad that they're considering the Canadian market but they need to realize that anything less than 18.5" barrel length is restricted regardless of OAL.

I was going to say it looks a LOT like an AK receiver. If it's 'based' on a SAIGA by their own language, they've already made it prohibited :/

Hmm...that's some positive news for the Canadian market. I hope that happens.

$2,600??? Wow. No. Just no. It'll be $3,000+ when it gets here. Way too much for a 5 round mag fed semi.
