    Still confused how this works. Say I buy a rifle on the 15th, if it ships on the 19th does that mean you had to get a reference number from the RCMP? Also, since you'll be swamped with orders, say I order on the 17th, I am assuming you have to check my PAL number, if you are too busy to check on the 17th, then will you be forced to get a reference number when you check my PAL on the 18th?

    If you paid for a product it’s technically in your ownership. If it hasn’t been shipped due to logistics that’s a nil problem I’d say. Previous vendors have had products paid in full but shipping delays due to various reasons, but this has changed no procedural rules others than packaging the item up and getting it out the door….

    Tecnically, but they need to verify your PAL. If they do not do that untill the 18th, I assume that they need to get a reference number even if it was payed for on an earlier date. I hope Wolverine can give some clarification on how this works.
